As a response to some requests, the European Organisation for Quality (EOQ) have decided to prolong the early bird offer for 57th EOQ Congress which takes place in Tallinn, Estonia, June 17-20, 2013, until March 11, 2013.

The theme of the Congress is Quality Renaissance - Co-creating a Viable Future. What makes any EOQ Congress most valuable and memorable are the people - participants and speakers, sharing their passion, wisdom and curiosity. This year, the keynote will be given by futurist Robin Wood and hotelier John Timmerman. You might also be interested in Willy Vanderbrande’s topic „Out-Of-The-Big-Box Thinking/ A Paradigm Shift to Quality“and Charles Aubrey’s „The Economic Impact on National Economies of Applying Performance Excellence Criteria".
